This 60×120 galvanized rectangular tube is a practical pipe material for building structures and decoration, adaptable to various needs thanks to its rectangular cross-section.
Its cross-sectional dimensions are 60mm (height) × 120mm (width). It is made from high-quality galvanized steel strip through cold bending and high-frequency welding, resulting in a uniform and dense zinc layer that combines rust resistance with a metallic texture. It can withstand long-term outdoor and humid environments while maintaining a clean appearance.
In terms of performance, the mechanical properties of the rectangular cross-section allow for more balanced longitudinal and lateral stress. Combined with a suitable wall thickness (typically 1.5-3.0mm), it possesses sufficient structural strength to support the load-bearing requirements of frames, railings, and shelves, while maintaining a moderate weight for easy transportation and on-site installation. The galvanizing process also makes it more cost-effective than hot-dip galvanized rectangular tubes, effectively controlling project budgets.
